Sometimes you do not need a special blend. You need a liter of fluid, started by an experienced medical professional, without leaving your couch.

Our hydration IVs come in four tiers, from pure fluids to an IV built around your day. Every infusion is built on a base of 0.9% normal saline or Lactated Ringers.

What is in it

Pick your tier. Every one starts with a full liter of IV fluid.

  • The Starter, $100. Pure fluids, nothing else: the same fluids used in hospitals and ambulances every day, and the fastest way to rehydrate when water is not cutting it.
  • Bronze, $110. Fluids plus B-Complex, the B vitamins your body uses to turn food into energy. A good pick when dehydration comes with a flat, foggy feeling.
  • Silver, $125. Fluids, B-Complex, and one mix-in of your choice.
  • Gold, $150. Fluids, B-Complex, and two mix-ins of your choice. Build it around your day: vitamin C and zinc before travel, or taurine and B-12 after a hard week.

Each step up adds ingredients, never gimmicks. Not sure which one? Your provider will help you choose.

Who it is for, and when to book it

Book a hydration IV when your body is telling you it is behind on fluids: a pounding headache, dark urine, dizziness when you stand, cramping calves, or the dragging fatigue a Houston August hands out for free. Clients call us after long days working outside, stomach bugs, hard training, flights home, and weekends with more sun than water.

When to go to the ER instead: Chest pain, confusion, fainting, or no urine for 12 hours or more is an emergency room, not a house call.

How it works in the body

When you drink water, it passes through your digestive system first, and an upset stomach or a sluggish gut slows everything down. An IV delivers fluid and electrolytes straight into your bloodstream, bypassing digestion for full absorption, so your body can put them to work right away. Most IVs run 30 to 60 minutes, and your provider continuously monitors the infusion until completion.

Questions about hydration IVs

How fast does a hydration IV work?

Faster than drinking, because nothing has to pass through your stomach. The infusion takes 30 to 60 minutes. Some people feel better right away, and others notice the difference over the next 24 hours.

Which tier should I pick?

If you just need fluids, The Starter at $100 does the job. If you are also run-down, Bronze at $110 adds B-Complex. Pick Silver ($125) or Gold ($150) when you want specific add-ins, like zinc before travel. Text us at 281-378-6500 and we will help you decide.

What is the difference between saline and Lactated Ringers?

Both are sterile IV fluids used in hospitals every day. Normal saline is salt water matched to your body; Lactated Ringers adds electrolytes such as potassium and calcium, closer to your blood. Your provider will recommend one based on how you are feeling.
