NAD+ carries more hype than anything else on our menu, which is why we would rather give you straight answers: what it is, what every dose costs, and which dose fits you.

NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use for energy production and repair. It infuses slowly for comfort, so plan for more time at higher doses.

What is in it

NAD+ in IV fluids, dosed to your choice. No filler and no proprietary blend, just the coenzyme and a clear price list.

  • NAD+ IV infusions: 100mg ($100), 250mg ($250), 500mg ($450), 750mg ($700), 1000mg ($800).
  • NAD+ shots (intramuscular): 100mg ($100), 250mg ($250), 500mg ($450).

NAD+ levels decline with age and with stress. Whether restoring them changes how we age is still being researched, and we will not claim more than the science supports.

Who it is for, and when to book it

Three groups book most of our NAD+ visits: people with punishing schedules who want clearer-headed energy, healthy-aging clients who follow the longevity research, and athletes, because energy production is the whole point of training. Some clients notice a difference in the days after; others feel little the first time and more with a monthly rhythm. Both are normal.

Dosing, honestly given: For a first visit, start at 100mg or 250mg. It lets your body get used to it and tells us how you tolerate the infusion, and your provider will help you work up from there. The 750mg and 1000mg doses are for experienced clients with a specific goal and an open afternoon, and we would rather talk you into the right dose than a bigger one.

How it works in the body

An IV delivers NAD+ itself directly into your bloodstream, where your cells can draw on it. One thing we tell every client up front: NAD+ must be infused slowly. Run fast, it causes chest tightness, flushing, and nausea; run properly, it is comfortable. That is chemistry, not a slow provider, so bring a book or take your calls. Your provider stays the entire time, adjusting the rate to how you feel.

Shots or IV?

The shot is NAD+ injected into muscle: a few minutes, absorbed gradually, with no IV pole and no time commitment. It is a good choice for maintenance between IV visits, or for starting small. The IV delivers the full dose directly into your bloodstream, the better fit for higher doses. At matching doses the price is the same, so it is a choice about time, not budget.

Questions about NAD+ IV therapy

How much does NAD+ cost?

IV infusions run from $100 for 100mg to $800 for 1000mg: 250mg is $250, 500mg is $450, and 750mg is $700. Shots are $100, $250, and $450 for 100mg, 250mg, and 500mg. The only additions are the $25 pre-IV medical screening and a $100 fee for appointments after 8 PM, which are subject to provider availability.

How long does an infusion take?

It depends on the dose. NAD+ has to be infused slowly to be comfortable, so higher doses take longer. Your provider will give you a time estimate for your dose when you book, and since we come to you, the time is yours: work, read, or nap.

How often should I get NAD+?

The most common pattern is a monthly IV, sometimes with shots in between. There is no proven universal schedule, so we would rather you start conservatively, see what you notice, and build from there.
