The Ultimate Myers is the Myers Cocktail with its two strongest ingredients turned all the way up: everything in the classic blend, plus max-dose Vitamin C and max-dose Glutathione, in a liter of fluids. It is our go-to when you are fighting off an illness, and the one clients move to once the standard Myers has become their routine.
What is in it
- Saline or Lactated Ringers. A full liter of IV fluid, the base that carries everything else.

Who it is for, and when to book it
The Ultimate Myers is our standard when you are fighting off an illness. When a cold, the flu, or a stomach bug has you flat, it is the IV we reach for first: a full liter of fluids to rehydrate you, with vitamin C and glutathione at their highest doses to back up your immune system while you recover.
It is just as useful when you are well. Clients book it before a big event, during heavy travel, or once the standard version has become their routine. Think of a wedding weekend, a run of red-eye flights, a demanding stretch at work, or the week before a race.
When to call your doctor instead: A high fever, trouble breathing, or symptoms that keep getting worse are beyond what an IV should handle. We are first responders, we will always point you to the right level of care.
How it works in the body
Vitamins you swallow have to get through your digestive tract, and a good share never reaches your bloodstream. An IV bypasses digestion for full absorption, delivering the whole dose where your cells can use it. That matters most at higher doses: your gut can only absorb so much vitamin C at once, so max doses are only practical by IV. Your provider continuously monitors the infusion until completion.

Is a max dose right for everyone?
No, and that is why an experienced medical professional screens you first. Before your first visit, you complete your consents and a $25 pre-IV medical screening virtual visit, and your provider reviews your health history before every infusion. Some conditions, such as kidney problems, rule out high doses.
How often can I get one?
Many clients book it monthly, or ahead of the weeks they know will be hard. If you are planning regular visits, your provider will help you set a sensible schedule.
