Three clients working on their laptops during their IVs

We will start with the honest part: fatigue has many causes, and an IV only helps with some of them. If you have been exhausted for weeks without a clear reason, see your doctor first. Thyroid problems, anemia, sleep apnea, and depression can all feel like being just tired, and no vitamin IV fixes those.

When you know why your tank is empty, a run of night shifts, a two-week offshore rotation, a newborn, or hard training in Houston humidity, an IV is designed to refill what got depleted.

Signs your fatigue is depletion

  • You know exactly why you are tired: the double shifts, the red-eye, the rotation, the baby
  • Coffee has stopped working and just makes you jittery
  • Brain fog by early afternoon, even after a decent night's sleep
  • Workouts take days longer to recover from than they used to
  • You have been living on takeout, and your body knows it
  • The tiredness lifts on vacation, which points to your schedule, not your health

See your doctor first if: Rest does not touch your fatigue, or it came on with no cause you can point to. Fatigue like that deserves a proper workup, not an IV.

How an IV helps with low energy

Depletion fatigue usually comes from three things: mild dehydration, missing nutrients, and a body that has been running on empty. An IV addresses the first two directly, with a liter of fluids plus B vitamins and minerals delivered straight to your bloodstream, bypassing digestion for full absorption.

For the third, many of our repeat clients ask for NAD+ by name. NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use for energy production and repair. It infuses slowly for comfort, so plan for more time at higher doses. Every IV is set up by an experienced medical professional who continuously monitors the infusion until completion.

Questions about IVs for fatigue

Will an IV fix my chronic fatigue?

If your fatigue is persistent and unexplained, no, and you should see your doctor. IV therapy may help when the cause is depletion: dehydration, a stretch of poor eating, overtraining, travel, or a schedule that outran your sleep.

What is actually in an energy IV?

It depends on the IV, and every ingredient is listed on our menu. The Performance Flex ($300) carries B-Complex, double B12, taurine, and 100mg of NAD. The Myers Cocktail ($175) is the classic vitamin and mineral blend. NAD+ is its own infusion, from 100mg to 1000mg.

How long do the effects last?

It depends on why you were depleted. Some people feel better right away, and others notice the difference over the next 24 hours. An IV restores; it does not replace sleep, food, or a kinder schedule, and we would rather tell you that than book you for IVs you do not need.

Can I get an IV at my office?

Yes. Offices, home offices, and hotel rooms are routine for us. Most IVs run 30 to 60 minutes, and your provider handles everything discreetly.
