We confirm by text or call.
During business hours (daily, 8 AM to 8 PM), we will reach out to lock in your exact time. Finding an available provider often takes from 5 to 10 minutes on average.

Complete your medical intake.
It takes about five minutes. Doing it now saves time at your visit.

Book your pre-IV medical screening.
A quick telehealth visit with a licensed MD, PA, or NP. It takes 3 to 5 minutes, the $25 fee is collected during the visit, and it is required once a year (or if your health history or medications change).

Your provider arrives.
An experienced medical professional shows up at your door with everything the visit needs. Most IVs run 30 to 60 minutes, and we continuously monitor the infusion until completion.
